Since our incorporation in 1994, we have been dedicated to fostering a circular economy—a commitment that has proven crucial in navigating the volatile palm oil industry. Our Journey of Growth
Gamalux Sdn. Bhd. has evolved from a modest trading company into one of Malaysia’s most trusted suppliers of sustainable palm oil-based feedstocks. Over three decades, we’ve expanded globally and strengthened our capabilities through innovation, strategic expansion, and internationally recognized certifications.
In 2024, we proudly celebrated 30 years of presence in Malaysia, reflecting on our journey of technological advancements and capacity development to address environmental challenges in the palm oil sector.
Incorporation of Gamalux Sdn. Bhd. (GSB) in Malaysia. Began trading, aggregator and exporter to Pakistan, Korea, India, Nepal, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore.
Entry into EU markets with certified ISCC Certification.
Began of manufacturing proposal. Purchased multiple land plot at Pulau Indah for factory development.
Our growth continued with the purchase of the 2nd and 3rd land, followed by the beginning of facility construction.
Initiated ESG reporting. ISCC EU certification for UCO and factory operations. Tank farm built.
Gamalux's 30th Anniversary. Certified ISCC EU Refinery & Treatment Plant for waste residue. Veterinary Health Certificate for UCO export.
Solvent Extraction Plant commercial run (July). Warehouse expansion at Pulau Indah, Port Klang. ISCC Corsia certification.
Specialized Refinery Plant (SRP) to be commercial by Q1 at Pulau Indah.

International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC)
ISCC is a globally leading certification system covering the entire supply chain and all kinds of bio-based feedstock and renewables. With ISCC, companies can demonstrate their commitment towards environmentally and socially responsible production and sourcing of sustainable and deforestation-free raw materials.
ISCC is an independent multi-stakeholder organization providing a globally applicable certification system for the sustainability of raw materials and products. It is a multi-feedstock system which can be used to certify all types of biomasses, including agricultural or forestry raw materials and waste and residues.
The ISCC certification system is applicable to entire supply chains and for different sectors and markets including bioenergy (biofuels and bioliquids), food, feed, and bio-based products such as biochemicals or bioplastics.
